Chief Executive/Managing Director
Ms. Namanda Rose
President and Chief executive officer/Managing Director SENAPETRO (U) LTD. As president and chief executive officer. Ms NAMANDA ROSE spearheads the company’s product and service strategy. Along with his executive team, Ms NAMANDA ROSE oversees the company’s daily operations including products/services, development, sales, solutions delivery, marketing, distribution, HR, corporate relationships and facilities.
Embracing speed and Excellence, Ms NAMANDA ROSE has used the benefits of a digital age to accelerate our success and build markets for our customers and a smarter company to secure the products and services they need and at the speed they need.
Before the founding of SENAPETRO (U) LTD, MS. NAMANDA ROSE worked for several Public and Private Institutions plus projects for supplies into the global market place. A true entrepreneur and seasoned executive, She energizes and inspires the diverse teams; she is connected to the workplace, customers and communities and is committed to delivering results. She measures our success by that of our customers and is eternally driven by a quality of product, service and innovation.
General Manager
Ms. Sarah Nandaula
As General Manager, Mrs. Sarah Nandaula is responsible for securing SENAPETRO (U) LTD partners, clients and alliances and maintaining and enhancing the relationships between it and its partners, clients and alliances. She also acts as Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for corporate marketing and implementation of partners, product and service solutions.
Ms. Sarah Nandaula brings more than 20 years of experience in the sales, development and marketing of products and service solutions in both domestic and international markets. Prior to joining SENAPETRO (U) LTD, she held a number of marketing and executive positions, and was responsible for the successful strategy, sales, marketing, and delivery of food and beverages from Italy to Uganda, Congo Republic, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda.
A successful entrepreneur, Ms. Sarah Nandaula is an a promoter and supporter of Africa goods and has taken a strategic interest in maximizing bottom line results to enhance efficiency and productivity for organizations in Africa. She has acted as both importer and exporter to promote trade and collaboration with Africa. She is a respectful and experienced executive, she is interested in increasing Africa’s industry support and targeting markets to increase trade and the position of Africa within the evolving global economy.
Director
Mr. Ssenungi Richard
The Administration Manager, Mr. Ssenungi Richard oversees the strategic direction and positioning of SENAPETRO (U) LTD including corporate strategy, global marketing, business and technology alliances. Mr. Ssenungi Richard brings more than 15 years of experience in sales, development and marketing of Supply Chain and Logistics Management and Enterprise solutions in both domestic and international markets. Mr. Ssenungi Richard will execute on the company’s vision for driving new markets through Energy, Agri- Enterprise, Agro Industry, IT, Management, critical to the next phase of growth.
Prior to joining SENAPETRO (U) LTD, Mr. Ssenungi Richard held a number of senior executive and leadership positions where he was responsible for sales, marketing, alliances and implementation of business – to – business, E- Commerce solutions. Mr. Ssenungi Richard is responsible for industry support operations, high tech and non – proprietary card solutions.
Mr. Waswa Robert Stanley
Field Operation Manager
The Field Operation Manager Mr. Waswa Robert Stanley oversees Senapetro (U) Ltd field operations organization of the services providers’, hire services and field mechanical works, including direct and indirect supervision across all vertical and horizontal field. His responsibilities include project identification and management, product evaluation, strategic planning, risk assessment and analysis, contract development, contract management, financial monitoring and joint venture negotiation for all Agricultural commodity products. Mr. Waswa Robert Stanley has more than 10 years of proven and senior management experience. Prior to joining Senapetro (U) LTD, Mr. Waswa Robert Stanley was the senior manager and “Entrepreneur” within Globaltec Graphics Ltd where he managed technical projects and was responsible for the identification, planning, commercialisation and marketing of high technology products and services.
Under his leadership, Mr. Waswa Robert Stanley has been instrumental in establishing reputable field leadership most capable of developing and promoting Petroleum products Agricultural Commodities’ markets, services and solutions.
Considering all these staff, the Company boasts a wealth experience in petroleum Industry specifically in the areas of planning, supply, logistics, distribution and ensuring compliance with all the statutory requirements.
The Company’s operations are guided by several policies touching on Health Environment & Safety, Drug & Alcohol, HIV & AIDS and other policies stipulating the movement of our trucks. The policies ensure that the Company operates cohesively across all levels and there is a high level of efficiency in delivery of product that has been assigned to us to transport.
